I am in the labor team and think that the most important virtues are human dignity and values and pursuit of happiness.

I always try to feel happy for other people and make other people feel happy for me through my work, believing that the basis for human existence is human beings.

As I am friendly towards other people, people sometimes say, “I didn’t know that you were a lawyer!” However, when it comes to my work, I become very earnest and logical and people who have worked with me say, “You are a real lawyer!” I think this is one of my strengths.
