Hankyul began its China practice in 2002 when our China practice team was first organized to keep pace with the growth of investment in China by Korean companies. Our China practice team has gained great trust not only from Korean companies, but also from Chinese companies and government by virtue of our outstanding performance and high quality services in China practice.
Our China practice team provides specialized and efficient advice on Korean and Chinese laws, consisting of members such as Mr. Heejeh Kim, Mr. Beomsuk Cho, Ms. and Mr. Taeheon Kang, who have broad experience in overseas investment, M&A, real estate investment, and litigation and who can speak Chinese. In addition, we hired Mr. Gukchul Chung, a Chinese attorney, who received LL.B. and LL.M. from China University of Political Science and Law and worked for a local law firm in China and thus, we can provide specialized and prompt advice on Chinese law.
