Hankyul has built up experience and competence through handling a variety of M&A transactions including transactions involving listed companies, unlisted companies, and companies undergoing corporate restructuring (rehabilitation, bankruptcy, and workout, etc.), and provides integrated services throughout all stages of M&A transactions from the initial stage of designing and reviewing the deal structure, to advising on acquisition financing, conducting legal due diligence review, reporting to and obtaining approval from regulatory authorities including reporting business combination, negotiating and executing agreements, and to resolving disputes arising in the course of performing the agreements.

In addition, Hankyul M&A team provides legal services in every aspect of M&A, reviewing and advising on relevant laws such as the Commercial Code and the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act as well as on various industry-specific regulations, tax, labor, corporate disclosure, and financing issues.
