Hankyul advises and represents clients in various energy businesses, including traditional energy business such as thermal power generation, and new renewable energy business such as onshore and offshore wind power generation, solar-light power generation, land fill gas power generation, waste incineration power generation, and cogeneration power plant projects as well as the acquisition of CER through registration of CDM. Hankyul provides legal services in virtually every aspect of the energy project such as designing the deal structure, inviting investments, drafting loan agreements, EPC agreements, fuel purchase agreements, and shareholders agreements, and advising on necessary government permits and approvals.
