Kwang Joong Kim is the head of Financial Investment Litigation Group of Hankyul and advises and litigates cases mostly on the remedies for damage suffered by financial investors caused by stock price manipulation, accounting fraud, poor auditing, and incomplete sales of fund, etc.; on the exercise of minority shareholders’ rights; on the disputes over management right; and on the compensation for an operating loss of a company due to expropriation of land. In addition, Kwang Joong Kim is also active in pro bono activities and provides pro bono legal services to Research Institute of the Differently Abled Person’s Right in Korea and Korea Association for the Hearing-Impaired for the protection of rights and interests of the disabled.
