Kyung Woo Lee is the co-chairman of Hankyul Law Group and his practice is mainly focused on the areas of labor, general civil matters, environment, and energy law.

Kyung Woo Lee has advised and litigated cases on a variety of matters relating to collective labor relations as well as individual labor relations, and currently serves as a legal advisor to the Ministry of Employment and Labor; a public interest member of National Labor Relations Commission and Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Appeal Committee; a mediator of Seoul Central District Court; a member of the Laws and Regulations Interpretation Deliberation Committee of the Ministry of Government Legislation; and a member of the Working Hours Exemption Deliberation Committee of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. In addition, Kyung Woo Lee has published numerous articles about labor law and industrial accident compensation.
